Kitty Marfori
In 2017, I added Pilates to my Triathlon training to help manage my chronic back pain and Scoliosis. A year later, I completed my STOTT Pilates Instructor Training in Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels in the Philippines. Soon after this, I packed my entire life into 40kgs baggage and moved to Australia.
Founder and creator of Little Ocean Pilates studio, my approach focuses on creating a supportive and encouraging environment where each person feels empowered to connect with their body, whether they're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner. I believe in tailoring every class to meet the needs of my clients, guiding them to move safely, effectively, and with intention.
Lucinda Vale
Lucinda’s teaching is rooted in the quiet power of embodied movement, creating space to move with breath, cultivate strength, and gently return the body and nervous system to calm. Each practice is an invitation to slow, listen inward, and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythm and intelligence.
Yoga remains the heart of her work, with Pilates and Reformer unfolding as natural extensions — strengthening the body while deepening presence, awareness, and trust in movement.
Through Spanda Embodied, Lucinda offers a nurturing space for reconnection and return, holding particular devotion to supporting women who have moved through life’s many initiations. Her teaching offers movement as a soft homecoming — restoring ease, resilience, and a sense of wholeness within the body.
Thales Leite
Thales is an intuitive and skilled massage therapist offering tailored treatments designed to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support long-term wellbeing. His work integrates myofascial release, deep tissue and sports massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, stretching, body alignment, and energy work to address both acute and ongoing tension.
Originally from Brazil, Thales moved to Australia in 2017 after sustaining injuries during his professional swimming career. His personal experience with injury and rehabilitation shaped his passion for helping others recover, move more freely, and live with greater body awareness. Each session is individually tailored to reduce pain, support healing, ease stress, and restore vitality.
